When you register or use this application (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"), you represent that you have read and agree to this "service agreement" ("Agreement"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
We provide a non-asset custody nature, combined with interest social and follow-up functions of the social platform, mainly focused on U.S. stocks and virtual currency market information sharing, discussion and Content Publishing.
Services include but are not limited:
Users are not allowed to publish false investment information, engage in money laundering or market manipulation, abuse the gold coin mechanism, and capture platform data without permission. Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate offending user access.
Gold coins are virtual items that are only used for in-platform consumption and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. Membership is a subscription service that can be canceled without refund, unless otherwise provided by law.
This platform is not intended for users under the age of 13 (according to COPPA). Users between the ages of 13 and 18 are required to use with parental/guardian permission.
The platform may use third party services such as Apple/Google login. The relevant actions are subject to third party terms.
The platform does not provide investment advice and is not responsible for any losses arising from user behavior.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may collect account information (mobile phone number, email, etc.), activity information (usage behavior, equipment, etc.), coins and member data.
For service delivery, content recommend, abuse prevention, user support, and account verification.
We will not sell your information. Data may be shared as required by law or in cooperation with a service provider.
Standard encryption and security technologies are used to protect information, but Internet transmissions are not 100% secure.
California users can request access to, delete or restrict the use of their data (we do not sell data).
Users can apply for deletion of accounts and data, and the platform will complete the processing within 90 days.
Data on children under the age of 13 is not collected and is deleted immediately upon discovery.
