When you register or use this application (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"), you represent that you have read and agree to this "service agreement" ("Agreement"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
We provide a non-asset custody nature, combined with interest social and follow-up functions of the social platform, mainly focused on U.S. stocks and virtual currency market information sharing, discussion and Content Publishing.
Services include but are not limited:
Users are not allowed to publish false investment information, engage in money laundering or market manipulation, abuse the gold coin mechanism, and capture platform data without permission. Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate offending user access.
Gold coins are virtual items that are only used for in-platform consumption and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. Membership is a subscription service that can be canceled without refund, unless otherwise provided by law.
This platform is not intended for users under the age of 13 (according to COPPA). Users between the ages of 13 and 18 are required to use with parental/guardian permission.
The platform may use third party services such as Apple/Google login. The relevant actions are subject to third party terms.
The platform does not provide investment advice and is not responsible for any losses arising from user behavior.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Some data may be linked to your account or device, including account information, user content, purchases, identifiers, product interactions, analytics events, diagnostics, and support communications. We do not use precise GPS location data unless a future feature asks for your permission and you choose to grant it.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers and partners who help us operate the app, provide authentication, messaging, push notifications, analytics, advertising attribution, fraud prevention, hosting, storage, payment verification, customer support, or legal compliance.
These providers may include Apple, Google, Firebase, OpenIM, AppsFlyer, Meta/Facebook App Events, Umami analytics, cloud hosting and storage providers, payment processors, and other vendors that support the services described in this policy. The information shared may include identifiers, device information, app events, purchase events, login or registration events, push tokens, user ID, and content or files needed to provide the requested feature.
We may use advertising attribution and measurement SDKs to understand whether advertising campaigns lead to installs, registrations, logins, purchases, subscriptions, or other conversion events. Depending on your device settings and applicable law, these SDKs may process identifiers, device information, product interaction data, and event data. Where required, we will request your consent before using data for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and operational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support audit requirements. You may request account and data deletion, and we will process eligible deletion requests within 90 days unless retention is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. California users may request access to, deletion of, or information about certain personal information practices.
